摘　　要：目的分析嗓音训练与嗓音卫生教育在声带小结护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取本院90例声带小结患者,选取时间2019年3月至2020年9月,采用随机数字表法分组,每组45例,对照组实施嗓音卫生教育,实施嗓音卫生教育:减少二手烟吸入量,对刺激性食物摄入量严格控制。加强对声带保湿的关注,声带保湿有助于减少气流撞击声带,避免摩擦、损伤声带。合理饮水是保护声带的有效方法。禁止滥用嗓音。加强对咽喉反流疾病治疗的重视。观察组实施嗓音训练,包括吸气相,呼气相,摆臂、转头运动,咀嚼发声训练,比较两组患者的声带小结消失率、满意度及发音障碍评分。结果对照组声带小结消失率为22.22%,观察组为42.22%,,差异明显(P<0.05);对照组训练前VHI评分为(49.87±12.35)分,观察组为(51.81±15.57)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组为(41.23±12.10)分,观察组为(25.96±11.64)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组总满意度80.00%;观察组95.56%;观察组比对照组满意度高,差异显著(χ^(2)=5.075;P=0.024)。结论声带小结临床治疗期间,嗓音训练较嗓音卫生教育效果优,不仅能够提高患者的声带小结消失率,还能够改善共发音障碍,值得临床进一步采纳、推广。Objective To analyze the effect of voice training and voice hygiene education in the nursing of vocal nodules.Methods A total of 90 patients with vocal nodules in our hospital were randomly selected from March 2019 to September 2020,and divided into groups by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group received voice hygiene education and voice hygiene education,including reducing the amount of second-hand smoke inhalation and strictly controlling the intake of irritating food.Pay more attention to vocal cord moisturizing,which helps reduce air flow against the vocal cords and avoid friction and damage to the vocal cords.Drinking water was an effective way to protect the vocal cords.Abuse of the voice is prohibited.Attention should be paid to the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.The observation group received voice training,including inspiratory phase,expiratory phase,arm swing,head turn and mastication training,and the vocal nodules disappearance rate,satisfaction and articulation disorder scores of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance rate of vocal nodules was 22.22%in the control group and 42.22%in the observation group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The VHI score before training was(49.87±12.35)in the control group and(51.81±15.57)in the observation group,and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the control group was(41.23±12.10)points,and the observation group was(25.96±11.64)points,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the control group was 80.00%;the observation group 95.56%;the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.075;P=0.024).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of vocal nodules,the effect of voice training is better than that of voice hygiene education,which can not only improve the rate of vocal nodules disappearance,but also improve the pronunciation disorder,which is worthy of further clinical adoption and promotion.
