曲美他嗪联合地尔硫卓治疗心绞痛患者的安全性、有效性

摘　　要：目的分析曲美他嗪联合地尔硫卓治疗心绞痛患者的效果与安全性。方法将2017年9月至2018年9月到我院治疗的100例心绞痛患者,以随机方法分为观察组和对照组,均为50例。对照组通过曲美他嗪进行用药,观察组则在对照组的基础之上联合地尔硫卓,对两组患者经过不同治疗之后的治疗有效率、心绞痛发作频率、发作持续时间、ST段下移数值、SAQ、不良反应发生率等进行统计和比较。结果①观察组经治疗以后的总体治疗有效率普遍比对照组更高,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②在治疗前,两组患者心绞痛发作频率、发作持续时间以及ST段数值的数据均无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的心绞痛发作频率、发作持续时间以及ST段数值和治疗前相比均有所改善,但观察组的改善效果明显比对照组更好,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。③在治疗前,两组患者的SAQ评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的SAQ评分和治疗前相比均有所改善,但观察组的改善效果明显比对照组更好,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。④治疗后观察组患者的不良反应发生率和对照组相比,数据无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合地尔硫卓联合治疗心绞痛能提高整体的临床治疗效果,可以实现对患者的临床症状的改善,并提高整体生活质量,但用药不会增加不良反应,安全性较高,值的推荐。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of trimetazidine combined with diltiazem in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods The 100 patients with angina pectoris who came to our hospital for treatment from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,both of which were 50 cases.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was combined with diltiazem on the basis of the control group.After different treatments,the treatment efficiency,angina attack frequency,attack duration,ST segment downward shift value,statistics and comparison of SAQ,incidence of adverse reactions,etc.Results(1)After treatment,the overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was generally higher than that of the control group,and the data was statistically different(P<0.05).(2)Before treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were There was no statistical difference in the data of ST-segment values(P>0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris,the duration of attacks,and the ST-segment values of the two groups of patients were improved compared with those before treatment,but the improvement effect of the observation group Significantly better than the control group,the data is statistically different(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,the SAQ of the two groups of patients was not statistically different(P>0.05),after the treatment,the SAQ and treatment of the two groups compared with the former,the improvement effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the data was statistically different(P<0.05).(4)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was compared with that of the control group.There was no statistical difference in the data(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of trimetazidine and diltiazem in the treatment of angina pectoris can improve the overall clinical treatment effect,improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and improve the overal
