儿童异常瞬目相关因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探索异常瞬目儿童的相关危险因素。方法随机选取厦门市妇幼保健院2020年7—12月因异常瞬目就诊的患儿70例,进行问卷调查及相关临床检查,收集资料进行分析比较。结果病例组儿童中屈光不正、偏食、过敏、长时间用眼的比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组儿童中基础泪液分泌量较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组儿童中泪膜破裂时间较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示儿童异常瞬目的相关危险因素为:偏食(OR=2.731,95%CI:1.094,6.817),过敏(OR=4.023,95%CI:1.628,9.938),长时间用眼(OR=3.922,95%CI:1.769,9.693)。结论儿童异常瞬目是多因素造成的,与偏食、过敏、长时间用眼有相关性,治疗时应综合考虑。Objective To explore the risk factors of abnormal blinking in children.Methods A total of 70 children diagnosed as abnormal blinking in the outpatient department of Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July to December 2020 were randomly selected for questionnaire survey and related clinical examination,and the collected data were analyzed and compared.Results The proportion of children in the case group with ametropia,partial diet,allergy and long-term eye use was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The basal tear secretion of children in the case group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tear film rupture time in the case group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate unconditioned Logistic regression analysis showed that the following factors were risk factors related to abnormal blink in children:partial diet(OR=2.731,95%CI:1.094,6.817),allergy(OR=4.023,95%CI:1.628,9.938),prolonged use of eyes(OR=3.922,95%CI:1.769,9.693).Conclusion The abnormal blinking in children is caused by many factors,which is related to partial diet,allergy and prolonged use of eyes.Treatment should be considered comprehensively.
