尿液潜血临床检验结果分析

摘　　要：目的评价尿液潜血试验的临床研究结果。方法本文调查时间为2018年1月至2019年10月,所有研究对象均为到我院开展尿常规检验的泌尿系统疾病患者,共入选研究2000例(2000份尿液标本)。对所有患者入院之后均常规实施尿液显微镜检和尿液分析仪检查,同时对于检验的结果进行统计和比较。结果①2000的尿液标本确诊阳性标本1987份,经过尿液分析仪检出阳性标本1937份,经过尿液显微镜检出阳性标本1935份,通过联合检验检出尿液阳性标本1985份,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②联合检验相对2种方法单独检验对尿液检验的阴性预测值、特异度、约登指数、误诊率等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对阳性预测值、敏感度、准确度、漏诊率等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对泌尿系统病症进行尿液潜血试验方案进行检验的过程当中,通过显微镜检和尿液分析仪进行检验是常规的检验方法,2种检验方案都具备良好的检验效果,可在临床检验过程中发挥准确的检验质量,通过本文的调查分析,建议对2种方法联合应用,可在很大程度上提高临床检验的质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical research results of urine occult blood test.Methods The investigation period in this paper was from January 2018 to October 2019.All the subjects of the study were patients with urinary system diseases who came to our hospital for routine urine tests.A total of 2000 cases(2000 urine specimens)were selected for the study.After admission,all patients were routinely performed urine microscopic examination and urine analyzer examination,and the results of the examination were counted and compared.Results(1)There were 1987 positive urine specimens from 2000,1937 positive specimens through urine analyzer,1935 positive specimens through urine microscope,and 1985 positive urine specimens through joint test.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The combined test has statistically significant differences in the negative predictive value,specificity,Youden index,misdiagnosis rate,etc.of the urine test compared to the two separate tests(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the positive predictive value,sensitivity,accuracy,missed diagnosis rate(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of urinary occult blood test protocol testing for urinary system diseases,microscopic examination and urinalysis are routine testing methods.Both test protocols have good testing results and can be used in the clinical testing process.Give full play to the accurate test quality.Through the investigation and analysis of this article,it is suggested that the combined application of the two methods can improve the quality of clinical tests to a large extent.
