尿常规与尿微量蛋白检测在糖尿病早期肾损伤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价在糖尿病早期肾损伤中尿常规、尿微量蛋白检测的诊断价值,通过有价值的诊断数据为糖尿病早期肾损伤患者临床治疗工作提供有价值的参考,进而促进患者预后。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年1月期间收治治疗的糖尿病患者,取80例,作为试验组(试验组糖尿病患者根据尿蛋白定性程度分1、2、3、4、5组)。同时,选择同期进行体检的健康人群80名,作为对照组。此次研究参与者知情同意,伦理委员会审核批准。两组受试者均同时检测尿常规、尿微量蛋白,比较两组检测结果,包括尿常规阳性率、尿微量蛋白阳性率,分析糖尿病患者组间尿微量蛋白水平关系。结果试验组尿常规阳性率45.00%以及尿微量蛋白阳性率75.00%均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。另外,除了试验组中的1组外,2、3、4、5组糖尿病早期肾损伤患者的尿微量蛋白水平明显高于对照组,P<0.05。且试验组1、2、3、4、5组间尿微量蛋白水平差异显著,P<0.05。结论糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中尿常规与尿微量蛋白检测价值高,能够明确了解患者与健康人群在尿微量蛋白水平等方面的差异,为患者临床治疗工作提供有价值参考依据,助于患者早期临床治疗,提升疾病治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of urine routine and urinary microprotein testing in early diabetic kidney injury,and provide valuable reference for the clinical treatment of patients with early diabetic kidney injury through valuable diagnostic data,so as to promote the prognosis of patients.Methods Select the diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,and select 80 cases as the experimental group(the experimental group of diabetic patients is divided into 1,2,3,4,and 5 groups according to the qualitative degree of urine protein).At the same time,80 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Participants in this study informed consent,and the ethics committee reviewed and approved.Both groups of subjects were tested for urine routine and urine microprotein at the same time.The test results of the two groups were compared,including the positive rate of urine routine and microprotein positive rate,and the relationship between urine microprotein levels in diabetic patients was analyzed.Results The experimental group's urine routine positive rate of 45.00%and urine microprotein positive rate of 75.00%were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.In addition,except for group 1 in the experimental group,the urine microprotein levels of patients with early renal injury in diabetes in groups 2,3,4,and 5 were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.And the urinary microprotein levels of the test groups 1,2,3,4,and 5 were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion Urinary routine and urine microprotein testing are of high value in the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetes.It can clearly understand the differences in urine microprotein levels between patients and healthy people,provide valuable reference for clinical treatment of patients,and help patients Early clinical treatment can improve the effect of disease treatment.
