贝那普利与百令胶囊结合治疗慢性肾炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究慢性肾炎患者治疗中贝那普利与百令胶囊结合治疗的效果。方法共计抽取190例慢性肾炎患者参与本次研究,所有患者均于2018年1月至2019年1月入我院进行治疗,将所有患者经计算机等量随机法分为对照组和研究组,各95例。对照组在常规治疗基础上使用贝那普利治疗,研究组使用百令胶囊联合贝那普利治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后指标检测情况、临床症状评分以及生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗好转率为96.84%,对照组治疗好转率为85.26%,研究组显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=7.817,P=0.005);治疗前两组患者尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组尿素氮及24 h尿蛋白定量低于对照组(P<0.05),但血肌酐两组对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前临床症状评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后生活做质量评分中各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾炎患者治疗中贝那普利与百令胶囊的联合应用对患者治疗效果的提升有非常显著的效果,能够改善患者各项肾脏水平,减轻患者临床症状水平,提升患者的生活质量,减轻患者的躯体疼痛。Objective To explore the effect of tongbenazepril combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods A total of 190 patients with chronic nephritis were selected to participate in this study.All patients were admitted to our hospital for treatment from January 2018 to January 2019.All patients were randomly divided into control group and study group by computer equal quantity method,with 95 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril on the basis of conventional treatment,and the research group was treated with Bailing capsule combined with benazepril.The treatment effect,indicators detection before and after treatment,clinical symptom score and quality of life score of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The improvement rate of the study group was 96.84%,and 85.26%in the control group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=7.817,P=0.005).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein and serum creatinine between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of urea nitrogen and 24-hour urine protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in serum creatinine grouping after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of life quality after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion in the treatment of patients with chronic nephritis that split the capsule with combined use of therapeutic effect on the patients of ascension has very significant effect,can improve the level of kidney patients,reduce levels of patients with clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the patient's body pain.
