42例急性腹膜炎患者围手术期护理措施分析

摘　　要：目的关于急性腹膜炎患者围手术期的有效护理措施分析。方法选取2018年2月至2019年10月于我院进行手术治疗的21例急性腹膜炎患者作为观察组,选取同期来我院接受手术治疗的另外21例急性腹膜炎患者作为对照组。两组患者常规进行手术治疗,在围手术期分别对两组患者配合优质护理和常规护理,比较不同护理所取得的效果。结果观察组护理满意度(95.24%)显著高于对照组(76.19%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周内,观察组切口感染发生率为4.76%(1/21),对照组为47.62%(10/21),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预应用于围手术期急性腹膜炎患者中,可有效缩短患者肠胃功能恢复时间,降低术后切口感染的发生率,显著缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effective nursing measures for patients with acute peritonitis during the operation period.Methods The 21 patients with acute peritonitis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group,and the other 21 patients with acute peritonitis who came to our hospital for surgical treatment during the same period were selected as the control group.The two groups of patients were routinely treated with surgical treatment.The two groups of patients were matched with quality nursing and routine nursing during the operation period to compare the effects of different nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.19%)(P<0.05).The first defecation time,bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Within one week after operation,the incidence of incision infection was 4.76%(1/21)in the observation group and 47.62%(10/21)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention applied to patients with acute peritonitis in the perioperative period can effectively shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of postoperative incision infection,significantly shorten the hospitalization time of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
