不同护理方式在急诊外科清创缝合术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨不同护理方式在急诊外科清创缝合术患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2020年1月至2021年1月的120例急诊外科清创缝合术患者,根据对患者采取的护理方式的不同分为常规护理组及全方位护理组。比较生理应激指标视觉模拟评分和心理应激指标(采取焦虑自评量表问卷和抑郁自评量表问卷)、外科清创缝合术不良事件发生率。结果护理前两组生理应激指标视觉模拟评分和心理应激指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理后生理应激指标视觉模拟评分和心理应激指标低于护理前(P<0.05),且全方位护理方式组生理应激指标视觉模拟评分和心理应激指标低于常规护理方式组(P<0.05)。全方位护理组外科清创缝合术不良事件总的发生率(1.67%)低于常规护理组(16.67%)(P<0.05)。结论急诊外科清创缝合术患者采用全方位护理可更好减轻患者身心状况的不良应激,有利于更好促进患者恢复,减少外科清创缝合术不良事件的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of different nursing methods in patients with emergency surgical debridement and suture.Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 emergency surgical debridement and suture patients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into conventional care group and comprehensive care group according to the different nursing methods adopted to the patients.The visual analog scores of physiological stress indicators and psychological stress indicators(using the anxiety self-rating scale questionnaire and the depression self-rating scale questionnaire),and the incidence of adverse events in surgical debridement and suture were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the visual analogue scores of physiological stress indicators and psychological stress indicators,between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);two groups of nursing care The post-physiological stress index visual analogue score and psychological stress index were lower than before nursing(P<0.05).The visual analogue scores of physiological stress indicators and psychological stress indicators in the comprehensive nursing mode group after nursing were lower than those in the conventional nursing mode group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events of surgical debridement and suture in the comprehensive care group(1.67%)was lower than that in the conventional care group(16.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing for emergency surgical debridement and suture patients can better reduce the adverse stress of the patient's physical and mental condition,which is beneficial to better promote the recovery of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse events of surgical debridement and suture.
