腹腔镜下治疗急性胆囊炎患者的围手术期护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析腹腔镜手术治疗治疗急性胆囊炎的围手术期护理干预效果及方法。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月我院收治的应用腹腔镜手术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者92例,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者执行针对性围手术期护理。对比分析两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、术后住院时间等方面均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组,生活质量评分量表(SF-36)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于应用腹腔镜手术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者给予合理的围手术期护理有助于手术顺利进行,能促进患者术后尽快良好地康复,改善患者心理状态,提高患者生活质量水平,同时有助于提高患者对护理服务的满意度,促进改善护患关系。Objective To study and analyze the effect and method of perioperative nursing intervention in the treatment of acute cholecystitis by laparoscopic surgery.Methods Ninety two cases of patients with acute cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given targeted perioperative nursing.Comparative analysis of two groups of patients nursing effects.Results The length of operation and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of visual analogue scale for pain(VAS),self-rating scale for anxiety(SAS)and self-rating scale for depression(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life scale(SF-36)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of the patients with acute cholecystitis reasonable perioperative nursing care can help the operation smoothly,can promote patients postoperative recover well as soon as possible,improve patients psychological status,improve patient quality of life,at the same time help to improve patient satisfaction to nursing service,promote the improvement of relationship between nurses and patients.
