基于数字权利管理视域下的政府数据信息著作权增值利用研究

摘　　要：数字社会与数字经济的出现促进了数字政府的发展,而数字政府承担了数据信息的公布。文章融合著作权理念,通过数字权利管理技术对政府数据信息的有效管理进行了分析,阐述了政府数据信息多元化释放的必要性,论证了政府数据信息多途径利用的可行性,强调了政府数据信息价值有效增值的重要性,体现了知识产权保护在社会发展中的不可或缺性。Electronic government is the only way for the development and progress of a modern country.Digital government data and information is the necessary basis of e-government and an important form of public use.In the network era,the digital rights management technology and comments the level of social progress copyright concept is introduced into digital data and information management,the government can not only promote the diversification of digital government data information,and can broaden the government data digital information utilization way,strengthening government data digital information value effective value-added,it reflects the importance of intellectual property protection in social development.
