攀枝花康养旅游目的地国际化对策研究

摘　　要：国际康养旅游目的地是攀枝花城市转型发展的选择。攀枝花拥有特别适宜人类休养生息的“六度”禀赋,是康养旅游的理想地。论文根据国家旅游局2016年发布的《国家康养旅游示范基地标准》的规范,分析了攀枝花打造国际康养旅游目的地的优势和不足:攀枝花无论是从“气候舒适度”“环境绿色度”“景观美感度”,还是从最有益于人类生存的“海拔高度”以及一年四季都有新鲜水果的“优产度”和移民城市的“和谐度”讲,都具有发展国际康养旅游地的得天独厚的自然条件;但由于地处西部山区,目前不变的交通以及城市国际化水平不高使得推进国际康养旅游目的地建设的效果不理想。因此,结合国际旅游目的地标准从如何利用地方特色资源打造康养旅游景点,提供优质的旅游服务和如何在国际知名度低的情况下吸引世界目光等方面提出了发展思路及对策。It is the choice to build an international health and wellness tourism destination for Panzhihua’s urban transformation and development.Panzhihua has the“six degrees”endowment especially suitable for human rehabitation,which makes it an ideal place for health tourism.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Panzhihua in building an international health tourism destination according to the National Health Tourism Demonstration Base Standards issued by the National Tourism Administration in 2016:Panzhihua is endowed with unique natural conditions for the development of an international health tourism destination,from the perspective of“climate comfort”,“environmental greenness”,“landscape beauty”,“altitude”which is most beneficial to human survival,“excellent yield”of fresh fruits all the year round and“harmony”of migrant cities.However,due to the location in the western mountainous area,the constant traffic and the low level of internationalization of the city,the effect of promoting the construction of international health tourism destination is not ideal.Therefore,according to the international tourist destination standards,the development ideas and countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of how to make use of local characteristic resources to create scenic spots for health and recreation,to provide high-quality tourism services and to attract the world's attention under the circumstance of low international visibility.
