大学经济主义化的困境及其超越

摘　　要：市场力量的渗透和大学组织特性导致大学发展过程出现“经济主义化”,这种倾向在市场化办学背景下愈加突显。从高等教育内外部发展规律看,大学正面临办学经济功能挤压其他功能的发展空间、经济关系遮蔽大学复杂外部关系、经济投入成为办学质量的主要标尺、经济诉求成为大学成员的内驱力等发展困境。大学超越经济主义化的路径在于:重塑办学价值观、扭转经济主义化倾向;厘清办学外部关系、摆脱单维经济关系束缚;理性把握质量内涵、聚焦学生的学习质量;恪守学术伦理底线、捍卫大学办学的价值理性。The penetration of market forces and the organizational characteristics of universities result in the emergence of"economism"in the process of its development,which is increasingly prominent in the context of market-oriented education.In compliance with the internal and external development laws of higher education,universities are facing a lot of predicaments in its development:the extrusion of its economic function against other functions,the concealment of economic relationship over complex external relationship of the University,taking economic input as the key quality yardstick of managing a university,taking economic appeal as the internal driving force of university members.The strategies of transcending economism in universities include:reshaping the values of school management,reversing the tendency of economism,sorting out the external relations,getting rid of the shackles of single dimension economic relations,rationally grasping the connotation of quality,focusing on students’study quality,abiding by the bottom line of academic ethics,and safeguarding the value rationality of school management.
