摘  要:自教育部职业教育与成人教育司发布实施《高职扩招专项工作实施方案》以来,高职扩招已连续实施三年。高职扩招无论是在教学还是管理上都给高职院校都带来了诸多挑战和机遇,只有在充分理解高职扩招的目的和意义,了解扩招生源特点的基础上,制定有针对性的人才培养目标,分层分类培养、教学、考核、管理,以实现精准化教学,才能真正解决我国技术技能人才短缺的问题,缓解社会结构性就业压力,高职教育才能真正从层次教育、学历教育过渡到类型教育。Since the Vocational Education and Adult Education Department of the Ministry of Education issued the“Implementation Plan for Special Work of Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion”,higher vocational enrollment expansion has been implemented for three consecutive years.The expansion brings many challenges and opportunities to higher vocational colleges in both teaching and management.On the basis of fully understanding the purpose and significance of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,and understanding the characteristics of the source of enrollment,targeted talent training objectives and stratified and classified training,teaching,assessment and management are formulated to achieve precise teaching.Only in this way can the shortage of technical and skilled talents in China be solved and the structural employment pressure of the society be eased,so as to enable higher vocational education to truly transition from level education and academic education to type education.
