摘 要:建立一支具备较强科研能力的基层行政管理队伍,对于破解当下高校管理实践中的各种现实难题、促进高校行政管理队伍专业化发展及深化科研兴校和创新发展战略具有十分重要的价值。现实中,高校基层行政人员存在科研意识不强、基础薄弱、动力不足、目标模糊等不足。提升高校基层行政人员科研能力要从加强科研学习交流、重视科研能力培训、推动科研平台建设及完善教育科研评价四条路径着手。The establishment of primary administrative management team with strong scientific research ability is of great value for solving various practical problems in the current management practice of colleges and universities,promoting the professional development of administrative management team in colleges and universities,and deepening the development strategy of scientific research and innovation.In reality,there are some problems in the scientific research work of primary administrators in colleges and universities,such as weak consciousness,weak foundation,lack of motivation,and vague objectives.To improve the scientific research ability of primary administrators in colleges and universities,it is necessary to strengthen the learning and exchange of scientific research,attach importance to the training of scientific research ability,promote the construction of scientific research platform and improve the evaluation of education and scientific research.
