国际化融合型创新人才培养模式的思考-以地方高校材料化学辅修英语专业为例

摘　　要：随着“一带一路”倡议与“双一流”学科建设的实施,国际交流与合作进一步深入,需要培养大量既具有相关学科知识,又有较强英语能力的复合型人才。然而,目前地方高校英语教育还不能满足“一带一路”经济发展与用人单位对人才的多层次需求。以材料化学辅修英语专业为例,对地方高校国际化融合型创新人才培养模式进行改革与探索,探讨“E+”一体国际化人才培养的内容框架、逻辑理念与实施方法,建立专业运行管理模式,提高教学效果与质量,培养国际化融合型创新人才,实现材料化学与英语专业的真正融合,更好地为我国及区域经济社会发展服务。With the implementation of the“Belt and Road Initiative”and the construction of“double first-class”disciplines,and the deepening of international exchanges and cooperation,a large number of innovative and composite talents with both professional knowledge and strong English skills need to be cultivated.However,the current English education system in local universities cannot meet the needs of the“Belt and Road Initiative”economic development and employers for talents.Taking the material chemistry majors minoring in English as an example,this paper is about the reform and exploration of the training model of international innovative and composite talents in local colleges and universities.It discusses the content framework,logic principle and implementation methods of“E+”international talent training,and establishes a professional operation and management model,so as to improve teaching quality,train the international innovative and composite talents,realize the real integration of material chemistry and English and better serve the economic and social development of the country.
