王珂教授热毒致病的学术观点及对清热解毒药物的临床应用

摘　　要：王珂教授在临证时以寒凉、通下之法为多,善用清热解毒药物,认为大多数患者,以热毒为病因,造成代谢失调而发病。王教授尊崇朱丹溪、张子和的学术思想,并在此基础上有所发挥,形成了自己独特的学术观点及清热解毒药物配伍特色。王教授认为不管外邪致病还是内伤疾病,多数有内热毒邪产生,最终均有热毒致病的因素存在,都可以配伍清热解毒类药物治疗。作者根据王珂教授“热毒致病”的学术观点,分析了热毒在中风病中的病理机制,以及清热解毒药物在中风病中的使用。Professor Wang Ke used the method of cold and purging,and made good use of clearing heat-toxicity drugs,and believed that most patients,with heat toxin as the cause,resulting in metabolic disorders and disease.Professor Wang respected Zhu Danxi and Zhang Zihe’s academic thought,and on this basis,developed his own unique academic point of view and the compatibility of heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs.Professor Wang believes that no matter the disease caused by external pathogen or internal injury,most of the internal heat toxin produced,and eventually there are heat toxin pathogenic factors exist,can be combined with anti-toxic drugs treatment.According to Professor Wang Ke’s academic viewpoint of“pathogenic heat toxin”,the author analyzed the pathological mechanism of heat toxin in stroke and the use of antipyretic and antidotal drugs in stroke.
