摘　　要：鼓胀是中医古籍所载“风、痨、臌、膈”四大顽证之一,其以腹部胀大如鼓、皮色苍黄甚则腹皮青筋暴露为主要特征,现代医学的肝硬化腹水与之相符。自古以来,历代医家认为其与肝、脾、肾关系密切,李师秉承《黄帝内经》“肺主气”和“肺者,相傅之官,治节出焉”思想,认为鼓胀不可执着于肝、脾、肾,可从肺论治,肺气通则全身气机通畅,肺气足则治节有权,津液得通。李师以宣肺利水为主要思路,临床上结合病证,辨证论治,颇有奇效,值得推广。Tympanites is one of the four stubborn syndromes of“stroke,consumption,tympanites,and diaphragm”mentioned in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.It is characterized by abdominal distension such as drum,skin yellow and even abdominal skin blue tendon exposure,which is consistent with modern medical ascites of cirrhosis.Since ancient times,doctors of all dynasties believed that it was closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney.Professor Li Xian adhered to the idea of“qi government by lung”and“Lung,the official of Xiangfu,governing abstinence”in the Huangdi Neijing,and thought that tympanites could not wedded to the liver,spleen and kidney.It also can be treated from the lung.Professor Li Xian divides the tympanites into the excessive tympanites,the yang deficient tympanites,the yin deficient tympanites,and takes the propaganda reduces the lung qi as the main mentality,in the clinical application separately propaganda lung,warms the lung,moistens the lung the method to treat the tympanites,quite has the remarkable effect,is worth pondering and the promotion.
