天麻钩藤饮合敏使朗治疗肝阳上亢型梅尼埃病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究天麻钩藤饮联合敏使朗治疗肝阳上亢型梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1月—2019年10月就诊于山东省立医院神经内科及中医科的72例肝阳上亢型梅尼埃病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(35例)和试验组(37例),分别给予敏使朗及敏使朗联合天麻钩藤饮治疗,比较2组患者的眩晕障碍量筛查表(Dizziness habdicap inventary-screening,DHI-S)评分及治疗总有效率。结果DHI-S评分结果:治疗前2组DHI-S评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组的DHI-S评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗总有效率:对照组治疗总有效率为65.7%(23/25),试验组的为83.8%(31/37);2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组疗效明显优于对照组。结论天麻钩藤饮联合敏使朗治疗肝阳上亢型梅尼埃病有明显疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng drink combined with Mesylate in the treatment of Meniere’s disease of hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods Selecting 72 cases of Meniere’s disease with hyperactivity of liver Yang in department of neurology and department of traditional Chinese medicine of Shandong Provincial Hospital,they were divided into two groups,which were treated with Mesylate and Mesylate combined with Tianma Gouteng drink respectively.The two groups DHI-S(vertigo scale)score and effective rate was compared.Results 1.DHI-S score results:there was no significant difference in the DHI-S score between the two groups before treatment,and the DHI-S score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate was 65.7%(23/25)in the control group and 83.8%(31/37)in the experimental group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Tianma Gouteng drink combined with Mesylate has obvious curative effect on Meniere’s disease of hyperactivity of liver yang.
