活血止痛汤治疗痛经急症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中药活血止痛汤对于临床妇科痛经急症的临床疗效。方法将2019年1月—12月接诊的妇科痛经急症患者88例作为研究对象。随机分为参照组和研究组,每组44例。参照组采用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,研究组采用活血止痛汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后的中医症状积分、疼痛、生活质量评分以及治疗总有效率。结果2组治疗前中医症状积分、疼痛评分和生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后研究组中医症状积分、疼痛评分明显低于参照组,生活质量评分显著高于参照组,治疗总有效率97.73%(43/44)显著高于参照组的79.55%(35/44),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药活血止痛汤治疗妇科痛经急症疗效确切,可显著改善患者中医临床症状,缓解或消除其痛经症状,从而提升其生活质量和总体疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Zhitong decoction on acute gynecological dysmenorrhea.Methods 88 cases of emergency patients with gynecological dysmenorrhea from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into the control group(n=44)was given analgesic treatment with western medicine and the study group(n=44)was given analgesic treatment with Chinese medicine Huoxue Zhitong decoction.TCM symptom score,pain,quality of life improvement and overall efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,pain score and quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score and pain score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was 97.73%(43/44),which was significantly higher than 79.55%(35/44)of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of gynecological dysmenorrhea,the Chinese medicine Huoxue Zhitong decoction has definite curative effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with TCM,relieve or eliminate their dysmenorrhea symptoms,so as to improve their quality of life and overall efficacy.
