浮针联合三痹汤对肩周炎患者疼痛程度及关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针药联合疗法对肩周炎患者疼痛程度及关节功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年8月—2019年8月营口市中西医结合医院接收的肩周炎患者93例临床完整资料,将采用三痹汤治疗的46例患者纳入对照组,采用浮针疗法联合三痹汤治疗的47例患者纳入观察组,对比2组治疗有效率、症状积分、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)]以及肩关节功能(Constant-Mueley评分)。结果相比对照组总有效率(80.43%),观察组(95.74%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组VAS评分较治疗前低,Constant-Mueley评分较治疗前高,证候积分较治疗前低,且观察组改善程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩周炎患者经浮针疗法联合三痹汤治疗,可缓解其疼痛程度,改善临床症状,有助于肩关节恢复,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of floating acupuncture therapy combined with Sanbi decoction on pain degree and joint function in patients with periarthritis of shoulder.Methods The clinical data of 93 patients with shoulder periarthritis received in Yingkou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.46 patients treated with Sanbi decoction were included in the control group,and 47 patients treated with floating acupuncture combined with Sanbi decoction were included in the observation group.The treatment response rate,symptom score,pain degree[visual analog scale(VAS)]and shoulder function(Constant-Mueley score)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(80.43%),the total effective rate of observation group(95.74%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score was lower,Constant-Mueley score was higher,syndrome score was lower than before treatment,and improvement degree of observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating acupuncture therapy combined with Sanbi decoction on pain degree and joint function in patients with periarthritis of shoulder can relieve the degree of pain,help the recovery of shoulder joint,and has definite therapeutic effect.
