摘　　要：目的探讨头部针刺配合MOTOmed训练对痉挛型脑瘫患者下肢功能的影响。方法选取济南市儿童医院2017年7月—2019年7月收治的116例痉挛型脑瘫儿作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为试验组和对照组,每组58例。对照组采用MOTOmed训练治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,采用头部针刺辅助治疗。用改良巴氏指数评定表(PADL)和粗大运动功能(GMFM)系统评分对2组患者治疗前后的下肢功能进行评定。结果2组治疗前GMFM、PADL分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后10周后试验组GMFM、PADL分值明显提高(P<0.05)。结论头部针刺配合MOTOmed训练模式对脑瘫儿下肢功能障碍有明显的改善效果。Objective To investigate the effect of head acupuncture combined with MOTOmed training on lower limb function in patients with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 116 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to Ji’nan children’s Hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as object,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to intervention measures,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received MOTOmed training alone,while the experimental group received acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on the basis of treatment in the control group.Before and 10 weeks after treatment,the lower extremity functions of the two groups were evaluated by PADL and GMFM scores.Results There was no significant difference in GMFM and PADL scores between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 10 weeks of treatment,the scores of GMFM and PADL in experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion MOTOmed training combined with scalp acupuncture has an obvious effect on the improvement of lower limb dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy.
