中药热奄包对脓毒症肠功能障碍患者腹腔压力的影响

摘　　要：目的本研究通过吴茱萸中药热奄包热敷神阙穴治疗脓毒症肠功能障碍患者,探讨吴茱萸热奄包对脓毒症患者的腹腔压力的影响,评价中医药在脓毒症中的有效性。方法收集60例脓毒症伴肠功能障碍患者,采用随机数字分组分为治疗组(30例)及对照组(30例)。对照组给予抗感染、液体复苏及支持治疗等西医常规治疗,治疗组除给予西医治疗的措施外,还给予吴茱萸热奄包热敷神阙穴治疗,每日2次。观察并收集2组患者治疗前、治疗后第3天和第7天腹腔压力。通过SPSS 19.0对收集的数据进行分析。结果脓毒症伴肠功能障碍患者经不同方式治疗后,治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组患者腹腔压力评分明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸热奄包热敷神阙穴治疗脓毒症伴肠功能障碍,可改善患者腹腔压力。Objective The study was to observe the clinical curative effect of apply Evodia rutaecarpa fomentation package to Shenque(RN8)in Sepsis with gastrointestinal dysfunction,to evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the intestinal dysfunction in sepsis,and to find out the most effective and simple way for the Chinese medicine treatment of the patients with sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods 60 patients with sepsis has gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Evodia rutaecarpa fomentation package apply Shenque(RN 8)based on conventional therapy of western medicine.It has applied twice a day and treatment seven days.And then the General Information and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome of the patients was collected.And the abdominal pressure of the patients was recorded.The data would be analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results After different treatments for sepsis patients with intestinal dysfunction,the abdominal pressure score of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Evodia rutaecarpa fomentation package to Shenque(RN8)is effective on intestinal function.It can relieve abdominal pressure,and improve the overall condition of the patient.
