清热去湿除痹汤联合非布司他治疗痛风性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的系统性评估清热祛湿除痹汤联合非布司他对痛风性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月于大连市中医医院内分泌科病房住院并接受治疗的60例痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用非布司他口服治疗,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合清热祛湿除痹汤内服治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、骨关节WOMAC功能评分及血尿酸水平变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候积分、WOMAC功能指数、血尿酸均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热祛湿除痹汤内服联合非布司他治疗方案可有效提高患者机体嘌呤及尿酸代谢速率,抑制炎性反应进程,可祛风除湿、通经活络、清热除痹,临床不良反应较低,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Qingre Qushi Chubi decoction combined with Febuxostat on patients with gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with gout arthritis who were hospitalized and treated in the endocrinology ward of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and all the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.The control group(n=30)was treated with Febuxostat orally,and the experimental group(n=30)was treated with Qingre Qushi Chubi decoction orally on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,WOMAC functional score and uric acid level in 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,TCM syndrome score,WOMAC functional index and blood uric acid in experimental group were better than those in control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Qingre Qushi Chubi decoction combined with Febuxostat can effectively increase the metabolism rate of purine and uric acid in the patient’s body,inhibit the process of inflammatory reaction,and expel wind and dampness,clear meridians.The curative effect is remarkable,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
