产前乳房点穴按摩联合中医情志护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究产前乳房点穴按摩联合中医情志护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果与价值。方法选取江西省都昌县中医院妇产科2018年10月—2019年12月收治的80例行剖宫产分娩的产妇作为研究对象,依照双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规方式进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行产前乳房点穴按摩联合中医情志护理,比较2组产妇的宫缩素使用率、产后泌乳总正常率、总产程平均时长和产后2 h出血量。结果观察组产妇分娩时的宫缩素使用率2.5%(1/40)显著低于对照组的20%(8/40),观察组产妇产后泌乳总正常率97.5%(39/40)显著高于对照组的75%(30/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的总产程平均时长和产后2 h出血量均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前乳房点穴按摩联合中医情志护理在剖宫产产妇的临床治疗中具积极的作用与实际价值。Objective To explore the application effect and value of prenatal breast acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in cesarean section.Methods 80 cases of parturient with cesarean section in department obstetrics and gynecology of Duchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(prenatal breast acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing)and control group(only routine nursing)according to double-blind method.The lactation results of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The utilization rate of oxytocin in the observation group(2.5%(1/40))was significantly lower than that in the control group(20%,8/40)),and the total normal rate of postpartum lactation in the observation group(97.5%,39/40))was significantly higher than that in the control group(75%,30/40)),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The average length of total labor and 2 h postpartum blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal breast acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in the clinical treatment of cesarean section has more positive application significance and practical value.
