不同药物宫腔灌注治疗薄型子宫内膜的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔灌注粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)与重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床效果。方法选取60例薄型子宫内膜患者,按照治疗方法不同分为A组与B组,各30例。A组行G-CSF宫腔灌注治疗,B组行rhGM-CSF宫腔灌注治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组患者既往周期移植日子宫内膜厚度、移植胚胎数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后移植8子宫内膜厚度明显厚于治疗前,A组治疗后移植日子宫内膜厚度为(7.20±0.82)mm,明显厚于B组的(6.44±0.88)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者临床妊娠率、早期流产率及生化妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论G-CSF与rhGM-CSF的疗效相近,rthGM-CSF宫腔灌注疗法同样具备促进薄型子宫内膜增殖,也可作为临床薄型子宫内膜患者的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intrauterine infusion of granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)and recombinant human granulocyte macrophage stimulating factor(rhGM-CSF)on thin endometrium.Methods 60 patients with thin endometrium were selected and divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.Group A received G-CSF intrauterine infusion,group B received rhGM-CSF intrauterine infusion,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There were no significant differences in intrauterine thickness and number of transplanted embryos between the two groups(P>0.05).The intrauterine membrane thickness in the two groups was significantly thicker than that before treatment.The intrauterine membrane thickness in group A was(7.20±0.82)mm,significantly thicker than that in group B(6.44±0.88)mm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in clinical pregnancy rate,early abortion rate and biochemical pregnancy rate between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of G-CSF and rhGM-CSF is similar.Rhgm-csf intrauterine infusion can also promote the proliferation of thin endometrium,and can also he used as a clinical treatment for patients with thin endometrium.
