肿瘤血管新生及中医药抗肿瘤血管新生的研究进展

摘　　要：肿瘤血管新生是肿瘤细胞、内皮细胞等相互作用的复杂过程,其受到多种促血管生长因子、抑制因子、信号通路等的调控,肿瘤血管新生促进肿瘤的发生发展、转移。近年来,不少研究证实一些具有扶正、化淤、解毒等功效的单味中药及活性成分、中药复方或中成药可通过促进肿瘤血管内皮细胞凋亡及抑制其增殖迁移,抑制血管生成因子等的表达,抑制基质金属蛋白酶的表达,多途径、多靶点抑制肿瘤血管新生。该文就肿瘤血管新生及中医药抗肿瘤血管新生研究进展作一综述。Tumor angiogenesis is a complex process of interaction between tumor cells and endothelial cells,which is regulated by a variety of angiogenic factors,inhibitors and signaling pathways,etc.Tumor angiogenesis promotes the incidence,development and metastasis of tumors.Recent studies have validated that some single traditional Chinese medicines and active ingredients,traditional Chinese medicine compounds or Chinese patent medicines with the functions of strengthening,removing blood stasis and detoxifying can promote the apoptosis of tumor vascular endothelial cells,inhibit the proliferation and migration of tumor vascular endothelial cells,suppress the expression of angiogenesis factors and down-regulate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases,thereby suppressing tumor angiogenesis in a multi-channel and multi-target manner.In this article,research progresses on tumor angiogenesis and anti-tumor angiogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed.
