致康胶囊外用促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察致康胶囊外用对低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者创面愈合的影响。方法将2018年10月—2019年6月在石家庄市中医院治疗的120例低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者随机分为2组,对照组60例用凡士林纱布外敷换药处理,观察组60例在对照组处理基础上给予致康胶囊去壳粉剂外敷,均从术后第2天开始用药,2次/d。记录2组患者术后2 d、术后5 d、术后10 d创面疼痛程度VAS评分和创面渗液评分,比较2组患者术后7 d和14 d的红活创面比例,统计2组患者术后14 d的临床疗效及创面愈合时间。结果术后5 d、术后10 d,2组患者VAS评分和创面渗液评分均明显低于术后2 d(P均<0.05),且观察组均明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.05);术后7 d、术后14 d,观察组红活创面比例均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组和对照组临床总有效率分别为91.7%(55/60)和76.7%(46/60),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组创面愈合时间分别为(14.5±4.0)d、(20.2±3.6)d,观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论致康胶囊外用可显著减轻低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者的疼痛,减少创面渗液,提高红活创面比例并缩短创面愈合时间,疗效肯定。Objective It is to observe the effect of external application of Zhikang capsules on wound healing in patients with low-position simple anal fistula after surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with low-position simple anal fistula who were treated in Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups.60 cases in the control group were treated with petrolatum gauze for external application and dressing,and 60 cases in the observation group were treated with Zhikang capsule powder for external application on the basis of treatment in the control group,and the medication was started on the second day after surgery,twice daily.The wound pain VAS score and wound exudate score of the patients at 2 days,5 days,and 10 days after operation were recorded in the two groups,and the proportion of red live wounds of at 7 days and 14 days after operation was compared between the two groups,the clinical efficacy and wound healing time of the two groups at 14 days after operation were evaluated or counted.Results At 5 days and 10 days after operation,the VAS score and wound exudate score of the two groups were significantly lower than those at 2 days after operation(all P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group during the same period(P<0.05);at 7 days and 14 d after operation,the proportion of red live wounds in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate of observation group and control group respectively were 91.7%(55/60)and 76.7%(46/60),the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the wound healing time of the observation group and the control group respectively were(14.5±4.0)d and(20.2±3.6)d,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of Zhikang capsule can significantly relieve wound pain,reduce wound exudation,increase the proportion of
