健康体检中女性乳腺疾病及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的对于健康体检中的女性展开调查,分析引发乳腺疾病的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2017年4月至2018年3月在本院接受健康体检的248例女性患者,所有患者均接受乳腺超声检查,根据患者的体检结果分为乳腺正常组、乳腺增生组以及乳腺结节组,为其制定一份问卷并统一展开调查。结果在所有的女性体检患者中乳腺疾病的发病率为48.79%,其中乳腺增生的检出率为29.03%,乳腺结节的检出率为19.76%。经调查,乳腺增生和乳腺结节的发生受家庭、工作、心态等相关因素的影响。结论乳腺疾病的发生以家庭矛盾、生活压力、心态消极、性生活不和谐等因素息息相关,应提高重视,适当舒缓压力,保持良好的心态,并且要定期接受健康体检,有助于防控疾病的发生。Objective:To investigate women in physical examination and analyze the related factors of breast disease.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 248 female patients who received physical examination in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018,all patients received breast ultrasound examination.According to the physical examination results of patients,they were divided into normal breast group,hyperplasia group and nodule group,and a questionnaire was developed for them and unified investigation was carried out.Results:The incidence rate of breast diseases was 48.79%among all the women,including 29.03%of breast hyperplasia and 19.76%of breast nodules.After investigation,the occurrence of breast hyperplasia and breast nodules is affected by family,work,mentality and other related factors.Conclusion:The occurrence of breast disease is closely related to family conflicts,life pressure,negative mentality,sexual disharmony and other factors.We should pay more attention to it,relieve the pressure appropriately,maintain a good attitude,and regularly accept physical examination,which is helpful to prevent and control the occurrence of breast disease.
