摘　　要：真实、完整的电子政务项目档案是电子政务工程项目竣工验收、运行维护、升级改造的重要依据,在工程的建设、管理、监督、审计等方面具有不可替代的作用。结合国家标准、国家公共资源交易服务平台的工程建设阶段和特点,确定了归档范围和文件分类体系,设计了编码规则,提出了组卷原则,总结了国家电子政务工程项目档案的归档过程、质量管理要求和注意事项。Archives are an important basis for the completion acceptance,maintenance and upgrading of e-government projects,and archives play an irreplaceable role in project construction,management,supervision and audit.Combined with national standards,project construction stages and characteristics,the scope and classification system of archived documents are determined,the coding rules are designed,and the filing principle is put forward.Based on the national public resource trading platform,the archiving process,quality management requirements and points for attention of e-government project archives are summarized.
