穴位按摩在预防宫颈癌广泛子宫切除术患者术后尿潴留中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对进行广泛子宫切除术的宫颈癌患者术后实施穴位按摩在预防其发生尿潴留方面的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月期间在烟台毓璜顶医院进行广泛子宫切除术的100例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为研究组和对照组。对两组患者均进行常规护理。在此基础上,术后对研究组患者进行穴位按摩。然后观察两组患者发生尿潴留的情况、发生泌尿系统感染的情况、发生排尿困难的情况、术毕至自主排尿功能恢复正常的时间、残余尿量及对护理的满意度。结果:护理后,研究组患者尿潴留、泌尿系统感染及排尿困难的发生率均低于对照组患者,其术毕至自主排尿功能恢复正常的时间短于对照组患者,其残余尿量少于对照组患者,其对护理的总满意率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对进行广泛子宫切除术的宫颈癌患者术后实施穴位按摩可降低其尿潴留、泌尿系统感染及排尿困难的发生率,促使其自主排尿功能尽快恢复正常,减少其残余尿量,提高其对护理的满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of postoperative acupoint massage on preventing urinary retention in patients with cervical cancer who underwent extensive hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer who underwent extensive hysterectomy in Yuhuangding Hospital of Yantai from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as subjects.These patients were randomly divided into study group and control group.Routine nursing was carried out in both groups.On this basis,patients in the study group were given acupoint massage after surgery.Then,the occurrence of urinary retention,urinary tract infection,dysuria,the time from operation to spontaneous urination,residual urine volume and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results:After nursing,the incidence of urinary retention,urinary tract infection and dysuria in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the time from operation to the recovery of spontaneous urination function was shorter than that in the control group,and the residual urine volume was less than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupoint massage can reduce the incidence of urinary retention,urinary tract infection and dysuria in patients with cervical cancer who underwent extensive hysterectomy,promote the normal spontaneous urination function as soon as possible,reduce the residual urine volume,and improve their satisfaction with nursing.
