摘　　要：本项目创新科普教育模式,以提升社区民众心脑血管疾病自防—自护—自救能力为切入点,打造全生命周期的心脑血管科普教育基地,研发以"风险识别—自救他救—功能康复"为主体的精品课程库,组建科普教育精专团队,构建"基地—社区—个体"、"线上+线下"互动交融的心脑血管科普教育传播网,从而形成了一整套提升社区民众健康素养的科普教育管理模式。This project innovates the popular science education mode,with the aim of improving community people’s ability of self-prevention,self-protection and self-rescue of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as the starting point,to build a whole life cycle cardiovascular and cerebrovascular popular science education base,develop a high-quality course library with risk identification-self-rescue-functional rehabilitation"as the main body,and form a specialized team of popular science education.The network of"basecommunity-individual and online+offline interactive communication of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular popular science education has been constructed,thus forming a set of popular science education management mode to improve the health literacy of community people.
