摘  要:目的:探讨声脉冲辐射力成像(acoustic radiation force impulse,ARFI)技术联合超微血管成像(superb microvascular imaging,SMI)技术对早期乳腺癌筛查诊断的价值。方法:随机选取2019年1月—2020年12月我院收治的以乳腺肿块为主要临床症状的女性患者50例,所有患者均行ARFI和SMI检查,并进行病理切片确诊。结果:ARFI检查、SMI检查及ARFI+SMI检查与病理检查的一致性分别为中、中及优(Kappa=0.558、0.518及0.879,P<0.05)。ARFI检查、SMI检查及ARFI+SMI检查灵敏度对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);ARFI+SMI检查灵敏度均显著高于ARFI检查、SMI检查(P<0.05)。结论:ARFI+SMI检查对于早期乳腺癌筛查的灵敏度高于ARFI检查和SMI检查,在乳腺癌早期筛查中具有较高的推广使用价值。Objective To explore the value of acoustic radiation force impulse with superb microvascular imaging in screening and diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods A total of 50 female with breast mass as the main clinical symptom admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected.All patients underwent ARFI and SMI examination,and subsequently confirmed by pathological section.Results The consistency of ARFI,SMI and ARFI+SMI with pathological examination was medium,medium and excellent(Kappa=0.558,0.518 and 0.879,P<0.05).The sensitivity of ARFI test,SMI test and ARFI+SMI test were significantly different(P<0.05).The sensitivity of ARFI+SMI was significantly higher than that of ARFI and SMI(P<0.05).Conclusion ARFI+SMI has higher sensitivity than ARFI and SMI for early breast cancer screening,and has a high value of popularization in early breast cancer screening.
