1.5T磁共振成像在子宫肌瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨1.5T磁共振成像对于子宫肌瘤的诊断价值。方法:选择2020年4月—2021年7月来柳城县人民医院诊治的60例子宫肌瘤病人为研究对象,并且遵循随机数表法分为1.5T磁共振成像组和16排螺旋CT成像组,各30例,分别采取1.5T磁共振、16排螺旋CT进行诊断。对两组子宫肌瘤检出率、漏误诊率进行对比分析。结果:60例患者中,子宫肌瘤多发者8例,单发者52例,其类型包括肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤与浆膜下肌瘤,肌瘤的直径为1~5 cm,其形态呈类圆形或椭圆形。1.5T磁共振成像组的肌瘤检出率为93.3%(28/30),高于16排螺旋CT成像组的73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组漏诊率和误诊率分别比较,均无显著差异(P>0.05),但1.5T磁共振成像组的总误差率显著低于16排螺旋CT成像组(P<0.05)。结论:1.5T磁共振成像在子宫肌瘤临床诊断中的应用,能够显著提升该病的诊断准确率,减少误诊、漏诊,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging for Uterine Leiomyoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroid who came to our hospital between April and July 2020 were selected and included in the study,the patients were divided into 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging group and 16-slice spiral CT group,with 30 cases in each group.They were diagnosed by 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging and 16 slice spiral CT respectively.The detection rate and misdiagnosis rate of uterine fibroid in the two groups were analyzed.Results Among the 60 patients,8 patients had multiple uterine fibroid and 52 patients had single fibroid.Its type includes muscle wall fibroid,mucous fibroid and serous fibroid.Fibroid vary from 1~5 cm in diameter and are round or oval in shape.The detection rate of fibroid in the 1.5T MRI group was 93.3%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that in the 16-slice spiral CT group 73.3%(22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the total error rate of 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging group was significantly lower than that of 16-slice spiral CT imaging group(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.5 T magnetic resonance imagin in the clinical diagnosis of uterine Leiomyoma can significantly improve the diagnosis rate,reduce misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis,it is worth to promote the application.
