彩色多普勒检查在糖尿病中晚期大动脉血管病变中的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病病程到中晚期后,患者出现大动脉血管病变时采用超声诊断的价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年3月我院收治的糖尿病中晚期患者56例,作为糖尿病组。选择同期于我院就诊的56例非糖尿病患者作为非糖尿病组,两组患者同时采用超声诊断,观察超声诊断结果。结果:糖尿病组和非糖尿病组颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)指标对照中,糖尿病组IMT为(0.88±0.23)mm,非糖尿病组为(0.62±0.15)mm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组颈总动脉(CCA)、颈内动脉(ICA)、颈外动脉(ECA)指标对照,糖尿病组分别为(82.78±10.29)、(60.79±15.23)、(80.16±10.76),非糖尿病组分别为(78.61±10.87)、(56.31±19.18)、(71.89±22.16),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病中晚期患者在发生大动脉血管病变时采用超声能够清晰观察其病变影像,为后期治疗提供依据,因此该诊断方法可推广。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of large artery lesions after the course of diabetes to the middle and late stage.Methods Fifty-six patients with advanced diabetes treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the diabetes group.At the same time,56 cases of non-diabetic patients in our hospital during the same period were selected as the non-diabetic group.The two groups of patients were simultaneously diagnosed by ultrasound,and the results of ultrasonic diagnosis were observed.Results The IMT index of diabetic group was(0.88±0.23)mm,while that of nondiabetic group was(0.62±0.15)mm,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The indexes of common carotid artery(CCA),internal carotid artery(ICA)and external carotid artery(ECA)were compared between the two groups.That of the diabetic group were(82.78±10.29),(60.79±15.23),(80.16±10.76)respectively,and(78.61±10.87),(56.31±19.18),(71.89±22.16)in non-diabetic group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound can clearly observe the lesion images of the large arteries in the middle and advanced stage of diabetes mellitus,which provides a basis for the later treatment.Therefore,this diagnostic method can be popularized.
