摘 要:基于某发电厂百万千瓦超超临界发电机组,分析了不同工况下发电机组协调控制回路的调节效果,介绍了协调控制系统的控制策略与逻辑关系。针对协调控制回路存在的问题,进行了分析与调研,并结合发电机组升降负荷时相关参数的变化趋势和规律进行试验,最终确定协调控制策略优化方案。利用发电机组停机期对相关控制回路框架进行组态优化,在发电机组运行期间根据在线试验情况调整比例、积分、微分参数及前馈修正参数,并通过发电机组长周期在线试验确定最佳参数。通过分析与优化确认,发电机组在自动发电控制模式、升降负荷工况下,主蒸汽压力、温度等参数调节稳定,协调控制回路优化效果理想。Based on the million kilowatt ultra-super critical generator set of a power plant,the adjustment effects of coordination control loop of the generator set under different working conditions were analyzed and the control strategy and logical relationship of coordination control system was introduced.Analysis and investigation were performed for the problem existing in coordination control loop,and the test was conducted in combination with the change trend and law of the related parameters when the generator set was loading up and loading down,and the optimization program for coordination control strategy was finally determined.The configuration optimization for the related control loop framework was carried out during the generator set was shut down.According to the online test situation,the proportion,integration,differentiation parameters and feed forward correction parameter were adjusted when the generator set was running,and the best parameters were determined through long cycle online test of the generator set.By analyzing and optimizing it confirms that the regulation of main vapor pressure,temperature and other parameters is stable when the generator set is under automatic power generation control mode and load up/down condition,and the optimization effect of coordination control loop is ideal.
