摘 要:基于泰山三里屯商业广场二期供冷、供热、供生活热水的冷热源系统的选型,针对闭式热源塔热泵、水源热泵、空气源热泵、水蓄热、电锅炉等设备组成不同的供冷、供热方案,从系统能效比、单位面积能耗、投入与运行费用方面进行比较与分析,得出各种设备应用的特点,认为闭式热源塔热泵与水源磁悬浮热泵耦合系统的经济性较佳。应用实例和运行数据证实这种供冷、供热方案既可降低运行费用,又可减少热泵装机容量,是一个比较有竞争力的冷热源系统方案。Based on the cold&.heat source system selection of refrigeration,heating and domestic hot water of Taishan-Sanlit un urban complex project,aiming at the different refrigeration and heating schemes combined by closed heat source tower heat pump,water source heat pump,air source heat pump,water thermal storage,electric boiler and so on,the contrastive analysis is conducted from the aspects of system energy efficiency ratio,energy consumption per unit area,input and operation cost.Thus the application charac-teristics of different schemes are obtained.It is considered that the coupling system of closed heat source tower heat pump and maglev water source heat pump are more economi-cal.The application case and its operation data prove that it can not only reduce the operat-ing cost,but also reduce the installed capacity of heat pump,which is a more competitive cold and heat source system solution.
