摘 要:结合高速压缩机结构和变频控制原理,提出一种基于三相电源母线Boost技术与过调制技术相结合的变频控制方案,并阐述设计方法。研究结果表明,该方案能够实现变频器母线电压实时动态调节,在不增加励磁电流的前提下能够确保逆变器工作在线性调制区;同时当电机反电动势接近母线电压时,采用过调制控制技术提高变频器电压利用率,在同等输入功率条件下,较传统方案压缩机运行电流减小约11%,谐波含量降低约16%。Combined with the structure of high-speed compressor and the principle of frequency conversion control,a frequency conversion control scheme based on the combi-nation of three-phase power bus Boost technology and over-modulation technology is pro-posed,and the design method is described.The st udy results show that the scheme can realize the real-time dynamic regulation of the bus voltage of the inverter,and ensure that the inverter works in the linear modulation region without increasing the excitation cur-rent.At the same time,when the back electromotive force of the motor is close to the bus voltage,the over-modula tion control technology is adopted to improve the voltage uti liza-tion rate of the inverter.Under the same input power condition,the operating current of the compressor is reduced by about 11%,and the harmonic content is reduced by about 16%compared with the traditional scheme.
