中药对胃肠动力紊乱治疗作用的研究进展

摘　　要：胃肠动力紊乱是多种胃肠功能失调疾病的总称,症状多样,机制复杂,严重影响病人的生活质量,也给社会造成一定负担。近年来,随着对胃肠动力紊乱机制的深入研究,新的治疗药物不断涌现,传统中药由于其多组分、多靶点的特点,多被用来治疗胃肠动力紊乱。本文对近年来用于治疗胃肠动力紊乱疾病的中药及其作用机制的基础研究进行了总结,发现其作用靶点主要有以下几种:改善胃肠道病理形态及化学物质,包括激素、肽、神经递质等的表达;改善炎症状态;调控胃肠道自主节律细胞和平滑肌的收缩舒张;调节代谢通路;改善肠道微生物;调节信号通路。本文的综述将为后续深入研究中药治疗胃肠动力紊乱疾病提供参考,为中药在临床中应用提供理论依据。Gastrointestinal motility disorder(GMD)is a general term for various gastrointestinal dysfunction diseases.Its symptoms are diverse and its mechanism is complex.It seriously affects the life quality of the patients and causes a certain burden to society.In recent years,with the in-depth study of the mechanism of GMD,new therapeutic drugs have been emerging.Chinese medicinal has been widely used to treat GMD due to its multi-component and multi-target characteristics.This study concluded the basic action mechanism of Chinese medicinal used in the treatment of GMD in recent years.It was found that the actions targets included improving the pathological changes of gastrointestinal tract,regulating the expressions of chemical substances of hormones,peptides and neurotransmitters,ameliorating the inflammatory state,regulating the autonomic rhythm cells of gastrointestinal tract and the smooth muscle,the metabolic pathways,the intestinal microorganisms and the signal pathways.This study provided the reference for the in-depth study of Chinese medicinal in the treatment of GMD,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of Chinese medicinal.
