水质因子季节变化规律及对池蝶蚌生长的影响

摘  要:为探究淡水珍珠育珠蚌养殖水域水质因子季节变化规律以及对珍珠蚌生长的影响,以优质淡水珍珠蚌池蝶蚌养殖为对象,2017年6月~2018年5月对两个不同养殖基地进行了为期1年的水质变化监测和池蝶蚌生长观测,分析了部分水质因子与池蝶蚌生长的动态关系。结果表明:夏季是池蝶蚌最佳生长季节,该季节的养殖水体内悬浮颗粒有机物含量越高,池蝶蚌生长率越高;总碳高且稳定的状态可令生长率值较高,而总氮越稳定越有利;较高的pH值(8.0~9.0)可以较好地保证池蝶蚌生长率的提高;盐度在0.15~0.30范围内,养殖水体盐度越高越有利于池蝶蚌生长;Chl-a在10.00 mg·L^(-1)左右时更适宜蚌的生长,当超过15.00 mg·L^(-1)时则不利于其生长;藻蓝蛋白含量为2506.38~9464.25 mg·L^(-1),与池蝶蚌生长正相关,能体现池蝶蚌的滤食作用。To explore the seasonal regularities of water quality factors and the influence of water quality factors on the growth of Hyriopsis schlegelii in the aquaculture waters,experiments were carried out to monitor the water quality and the growth of Hyriopsis schlegelii in two different aquaculture points from June 2017 to May 2018.The results showed that summer was the suitable growing season for Hyriopsis schlegelii.In short,the higher the content of suspended particulate organic matter in the aquaculture water,the higher the growth rate was.Total carbon with higher content of and stable state could make the growth rate higher,and at the same time stable total nitrogen levels are also more beneficial.Higher pH values(8.0~9.0)could ensure the increase of growth rate of Hyriopsis schlegelii.In addition,a higher level of the salinity of aquaculture water was more stimulative to the growth of Hyriopsis schlegelii in the range of 0.15~0.30.It was more suitable for the growth of mussels when the content of Chl-a was about 10.00 mg·L^(-1).However,it is not conducive to the growth when it is over 15.00 mg·L^(-1).Also,the content of phycocyanin was 2506.38~9464.25 mg·mL^(-1),and it could reflect the effect of filter feeding in Hyriopsis schlegelii.
