摘 要:为更好地发挥中空纤维膜加湿器的加湿作用,提高加湿性能,提出对中空纤维膜进行超疏水改性。利用溶胶凝胶法制备二氧化硅(SiO_(2)),八乙烯基笼型倍半硅氧烷(OV-POSS)与巯基-聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS-SH)通过巯基烯烃点击反应形成POSS-S-PDMS聚合物,利用涂覆法将其涂覆在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜表面。在膜表面与涂层、涂层与涂层之间均利用化学键连接以提高涂层的牢固度,制备了一种具有SiO_(2)-PDMS-POSS稳定性涂层的超疏水复合膜。研究了光引发剂的质量分数、二氧化硅粒径影响因素对复合膜的影响,并对复合膜进行了表征。最终制备的复合膜接触角达到156°,加湿效率由48%提高为58.32%。In order to better exert the humidification effect of hollow fiber membrane humidifier and improve humidification efficiency,it was proposed to modify hollow fiber membranes to be super-hydrophobic.The sol-gel method was used to prepare silica(SiO_(2)),and then,the POSS-S-PDMS polymer was formed with octavinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(OV-POSS)and mercapto-polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS-SH)by click reaction of mercaptoolefin.It was coated on the surface of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)hollow fiber membranes by coating method.Both the surface of the membranes and coatings were connected by chemical bonds to improve the firmness of the coatings.Therefore,a super-hydrophobic composite film with a SiO_(2)-PDMS-POSS stable coating was prepared.The effect of mass fraction of the photoinitiator and silica particle size on the composite membranes was studied,and the composite films were characterized.The final composite film has a contact angle of 156°,and the humidification efficiency is increased from 48%to 58.32%.
