摘　　要：【目的】面对消费者对‘蜜本南瓜’高品质的市场需求,培育出适宜南方地区种植的优质‘蜜本南瓜’品种,为后续大面积推广提供更适宜的品种选择。【方法】以‘L2’为母本,以‘S3’为父本经过多代自交提纯,配制而成的南瓜一代杂种‘源蜜1号’。【结果】‘源蜜1号’从开花到商品瓜始收45~55 d,属中熟品种,连续坐果能力强。果实棒槌形,果皮橙黄色,肉质甜面,味甘甜,品质佳。田间白粉病、病毒病的抗性强,单瓜重3.4~4.2 kg,平均产量62.9 t/hm^(2)左右。【结论】通过品种比较、生产示范及品质分析,‘源蜜1号’具有产量高、抗病性强及品质优等特点,适宜在南方及全国各地栽培种植。【Objective】In the face of consumers'market demand for high-quality Miben pumpkin,high-quality Miben pumpkin varieties will be cultivated suitable for planting in southern China to provide more suitable variety choices for the subsequent large-area promotion.【Method】Yuanmi No.1 was made from a hybrid of pumpkin breeding with‘L2’and‘S3’as parents after multiple generations of self-purification.【Result】Yuanmi No.1 was a medium variety,about 45~55 days from flowering to began to harvest with a strong continuous fruit setting ability.Its Fruit is mallet shaped with orange yellow peel,and tastes sweet,its has a good quality and strong resistance to field powdery mildew and virus disease.Its single melon weighs 3.4~4.2 kg with an average output of 62.9 t/hm^(2).【Conclusion】Through a series of experimental comparison,production demonstration and quality analysis,Yuanmi No.1 has the characteristics of high yield,strong disease resistance and excellent quality,which is suitable for cultivation and planting in the south and around the country.
