摘  要:利用鸡蛋膜和银氨溶液制备鸡蛋膜负载的银颗粒(Ag/ESM),并对Ag/ESM的制备条件进行了优化.根据生物模板易于操作的优点和银颗粒催化分解过氧化氢产生活性氧的能力,将Ag/ESM用于降解盐酸四环素,并对其降解盐酸四环素的条件和效果进行了研究.结果表明,利用鸡蛋膜和银氨溶液可成功制备出Ag/ESM,且制备流程简单.Ag/ESM的最佳制备条件为:银氨溶液浓度13.5 mmol·L^(-1)、反应温度50℃、反应时间3 h.当Ag/ESM用量为20片,过氧化氢浓度为0.1 mmol·L^(-1),盐酸四环素的初始质量浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)时,盐酸四环素的降解率最高,为81.92%,说明以Ag/ESM为活性材料,在过氧化氢的辅助下可实现对盐酸四环素的高效降解.此外,Ag/ESM可被简便地从处置液中分离出来,使降解过程更为简便.简单的制备方法和便捷的分离操作使得鸡蛋膜负载的银颗粒成为一种较理想的降解盐酸四环素的活性材料.Eggshell membrane templated silver particles(Ag/ESM)were synthesized by simply mixing eggshell membrane(ESM)and Tollens,and the optimal preparation condition were investigated.Taking advantage of easy operation of the bio-template and the catalytic ability of silver materials to decompose hydrogen peroxide,Ag/ESM materials were further applied for tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH)degradation,and the conditions and effects of TCH degradation were studied.It turned out that Ag/ESM materials could be synthesized by ESM and Tollens through a simple process successfully.The optimal synthesis parameters for Ag/ESM were as follows:the concentration of Tollens’reagent 13.5 mmol·L^(-1),reaction temperature 50℃,reaction time 3 h.Ag/ESM materials(20 pieces)containing H_(2)O_(2)(the concentration was 0.1 mmol·L^(-1))exhibited excellent performance toward the degradation of TCH(the mass concentration was 50 mg·L^(-1))and the degradation rate could reach 81.92%,indicating that TCH could be effectively degraded by Ag/ESM assisted with hydrogen peroxide.Moreover,Ag/ESM could be separated easily by taking out of treatment solution,which facilitated the degradation process.The simple synthesis method and convenient separation operation made Ag/ESM become a promising active material for TCH degradation.
