摘　　要：利用废弃陶瓷磨具破碎制成具有复合结构的坚固的不同粒度再生骨料,进而以不同粒度的骨料和砂结比分别配制透水砖的上层(装饰过滤层)和下层(透水层)的成型料,以二次投料法模压成型具有复合结构的透水砖坯体,脱模后在相应的温度制度下干燥、烧结,制成透水砖样品.经便携式显微镜观测发现其上层、下层和中间结合层组织均具有丰富的气孔结构.经检测,该透水砖透水性能优异,透水系数为2.8 cm/s,远超A级指标规定的标准值2.0×10;cm/s;耐磨性方面测得磨坑长度30 mm,防滑性77 BPN;劈裂抗拉强度为平均值9.2 MPa,单块最小值9.0 MPa;抗冻性良好,在经过35次冻融循环后单块质量损失率3%,冻后顶面缺损深度2 mm,强度损失率13%.该烧结透水砖满足了国内各地区,特别是北方冬季冰冻地区在海绵城市建设中对透水铺装材料的要求.Solid recycled aggregate with composite structure and different particle sizes is made by crushing waste ceramic grinding tools. The upper and lower layers of sintered permeable brick with composite structure were prepared with different aggregate particle size and sand ratio. The permeable brick body was fabricated by mould pressing with secondary feeding method. After demoulding,the samples of permeable brick were prepared by drying and sintering under the corresponding temperature system. It was found that there were abundant pore structure in the upper,lower and intermediate binding layers by portable microscope. The testing results show as follows. The permeability coefficient of the permeable brick is excellent,which is 2.8 cm/s,far exceeding the grade A index 2.0×10;cm/s. On the wear resistance,pit length is 30 mm;and skid resistance is 77 BPN. The average splitting tensile strength is 9.2 MPa and the minimum single block is 9.0 MPa. After 35 freezing-thawing cycles,the mass loss rate of single block was 3%,the defect depth of top surface was 2 mm and the strength loss rate was 13%. The sintered permeable brick in this study can fully meet the strict requirements of permeable paving materials for sponge city construction in various regions in China,especially in north frozen winter areas.
