摘  要:目的建立医院固定资产线上报废流程,改善目前手工报废手续繁多、工作效率低的现状。方法系统使用计算机信息化手段,以Node.js为服务端,MongoDB为数据库,结合钉钉,建立流程节点维护、人员管理、流程审批模块,比对线上流程前后各节点相应过程和处理效率。结果系统上线后设备均耗时、耗时评估值和科室均耗时均低于系统上线前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该系统操作简单便捷,流程规范,人员责任明确,工作效率高,既实现资产报废精细化管理,又保证流程数据的流畅性和关联数据的准确性,有效预防国有资产流失。Objective To improve the current situation of cumbersome manual scrapping procedures and low efficiency by establishing the online scrapping process of hospital fixed assets. Methods The system took Node.js as the server and MongoDB as the database,established process node maintenance, personnel management and process approval modules combined with Dingtalk application. The corresponding processes and processing efficiency of each node before and after the online process were compared. Results After the system goes online, the equipment is time-consuming, time-consuming evaluation value and technology average time spent in the room is less than before the system goes live, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The system has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, standardized process, clear personnel responsibilities, and high work efficiency. It not only realizes the fine management of asset obsolescence, but also ensures the fluency of process data and the accuracy of related data, so as to effectively prevent the potential loss of state-owned assets.
