摘　　要：目的基于"互联网+"构建科研试剂耗材采购管理平台,将传统OA系统的采购流程与科研试剂耗材采购管理平台相结合,达到科研试剂耗材采购全程管控,进一步实现专业化、精细化的科研试剂耗材管理办法。方法搭建信息化采购平台,实现线上"阳光采购";借助数据中间表进行数据的传送和抓取,以改善科研试剂耗材的采购管理模式。结果构建科研采购平台后产品官网采购金额由(91.75±52.35)万元降低至(63.79±37.68)万元,差异有统计学意义(t=4.242,P=0.013)。结论科研试剂耗材采购管理平台助推医院精细化管理,提升科研工作效率,为医院实现"互联网+"科研试剂耗材采购管理平台提供参考价值。Objective To build a scientific research reagent consumables procurement management platform based on "Internet +",combine the procurement process of traditional OA system with scientific research reagent consumables procurement management platform, and achieve the whole-process control of scientific reagents and consumables procurement, and further realize the specialized and refined management methods of scientific reagents and consumables. Methods One was to build an informationbased procurement platform to realize online "sunshine procurement";the other was to transfer and capture data with the help of data intermediate table, so as to improve the procurement management mode of reagents and consumables for scientific research. Results After the construction of the scientific research procurement platform, the purchase amount on the official website of the product was(91.75±523.5) million yuan, reduced to(63.79±37.68) million yuan, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.242, P=0.013). Conclusion The management platform of purchasing for scientific research reagent consumables will help to promote the fine management of hospitals, enhance the efficiency of scientific research, and provide reference value for the realization of the "Internet+" purchase and management platform of scientific research reagent consumables in hospitals.
