摘  要:目的构建医院内外网严格物理分离的医疗数据高安全健康管理方案,在高数据安全保护下为患者就医提供跨院共享、移动服务等更多便利。方法在医院放射科构建一种院内网PACS高速缓存系统,患者将其医学图像、报告等信息通过该系统从医院内网下载到带硬件CPU加密存储功能的市民卡中,再决定是否通过与内网物理分离的外网云端自助机上传到云端供电子设备查看。结果和传统的自助胶片系统相比,该系统从信息完整性、便捷性、安全性、经济性、高效性等各个方面都表现出较强的优势,病人的满意度也更高。结论该系统可以改善患者就诊效率,方便患者跨院诊疗,减少实体塑料胶片使用带来的问题,是值得广泛推广的医疗新技术。Objective To build a high security and health management scheme for medical data with s strict physical separation between hospital internal and external networks, and provide patients with more conveniences such as cross-hospital sharing and mobile services under the protection of high data security. Methods A PACS high-speed cache system was built in the radiology department of hospital. The patients downloaded their own medical images, reports and other information from the hospital intranet to the citizen card with CPU encryption and storage function. Then, they decided whether to upload their information to the cloud for electronic equipment to view through the external network cloud self-service machine separated from the internal network.Results Compared with the traditional self-service film system, the system showed strong advantages in information integrity,convenience, security, economy and efficiency and higher patient satisfaction. Conclusion The system can improve the efficiency of patients consultation, facilitate cross-hospital diagnosis and treatment of patients, and reduce the problems caused by the use of solid plastic films. It is a new medical technology worthy of widespread promotion.
