摘　　要：医疗耗材是保证医院顺利开展科研及医疗等工作的基础,其量大面广、种类繁多,增加了医院耗材管理难度,积极探索具有信息化及精细化的耗材管理模式尤为重要。目前,随着互联网的发展,物联网技术运用到医院科学管理范畴,对高值医疗耗材、低值医疗耗材、诊断试剂类医疗耗材的全流程管理均起到了优化作用。本文对基于物联网下医疗耗材全生命周期信息化管理的应用情况予以综述,以期为医疗耗材管理实践工作提供参考。Medical consumables are the foundation for hospitals to carry out scientific research and medical work. Their large quantity, wide coverage and variety increase the difficulty of hospital consumables management. It is particularly important to actively explore an information-based and refined medical consumables management model. At present, with the development of the Internet, the Internet of Things technology has been applied to the scientific management of hospitals, and has played an optimization role in the full lifecycle management of high-value consumables, low-value medical consumables and diagnostic reagents. This paper reviews the application of medical consumable life-cycle information management based on the Internet of things, in order to provide reference for medical consumable management.
