9S管理在心内科监护室仪器设备管理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探索9S管理在心内科监护室仪器设备管理中的应用价值。方法对实施9S管理前后的监护室相关管理行为进行量化分析。结果实施9S管理后,仪器设备放置规范率和使用记录完整率均有显著提高(P<0.001),正常运行率有所提升(P<0.05);持续焦虑感人数和睡眠剥夺人数占比有所下降(P<0.05),对护理服务满意的人数占比明显增加(P<0.001);仪器设备的取用耗时有所降低(P<0.05),床单位终末消毒整理耗时明显降低(P<0.001),消毒保养耗时明显增加(P<0.001);医护人员仪器设备相关技能考核成绩均有明显提升(P<0.001)。结论对心内科监护室仪器设备实施9S管理,显著提高了科室的各项管理效能,9S管理在心内科监护室仪器设备管理中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of the 9 S management methods in the management of medical equipment in coronary heart disease care units(CCU). Methods The relevant management behaviors of the CCU before and after the implementation of 9 S management methods were quantitatively analyzed. Results After the implementation of 9 S management methods, the standard placement rate and use record integrity rate of medical equipment was significantly increased(P<0.001), and the normal operation rate of medical equipment was increased(P<0.05). The proportion of people with persistent anxiety and sleep deprivation were decreased(P<0.05), and the proportion of people with satisfaction with nursing service increased significantly(P<0.001). The time-consuming of medical equipment acquisition was decreased(P<0.05), the time-consuming of final disinfection and arranging of bed units was decreased significantly(P<0.001), and the time-consuming of disinfection and maintenance of medical equipment was increased significantly(P<0.001). The scores of medical equipment related skills of medical staff were significantly improved(P<0.001). Conclusion The implementation of 9 S management of medical equipment in the CCU significantly improves the management efficiency of the unit. 9 S management has a high application value in the management of medical equipment in CCUs.
