摘 要:目的研究脉动真空清洗消毒器对眼科器械的清洗效果,为医院消毒供应工作提供实际数据支撑,通过与国外设备进行对比,促进国产医疗器械发展。方法在实验中选取本供应中心2020年1—5月清洗的眼科器械结果作为统计样本,分别采用脉动真空清洗消毒器与传统方法清洗,比较器械的清洗效果;同时调查本市内其他医院的其他厂家设备对比器械损坏率、干燥效果。结果传统方法清洗1021件,脉动真空清洗1058件,清洗效果目测与生物荧光检测法相结合,其中传统清洗方法器械合格率为92.73%,真空清洗合格率为97.14%;ATP检测:传统清洗阳性率为15.23%,真空清洗阳性率为5.11%;器械破损率三个厂家基本相同;干燥差别较大:真空清洗为95.0%,国外设备为81.0%。结论真空清洗消毒器对眼科器械的清洗具有良好的效果,可减少手工处理强度,提高工作效率,并降低器械损坏率,用户满意度优于同类型对照国内外品牌。Objective To study the actual cleaning effect of pulsating vacuum washer-disinfector on ophthalmic instruments, provide practical data support for hospital disinfection and supply, by comparing with foreign equipment, promote the development of domestic medical devices. Methods In the experiment, the results of ophthalmic instruments cleaned by our supply center from January to May 2020 were selected as statistical samples, and the cleaning effect were compared between pulsating vacuum washerdisinfector and traditional method. At the same time, the damage rate and drying effect of equipment from other manufacturers in other hospitals in the city were investigated. Results 1021 pieces were cleaned by traditional methods, and 1058 pieces were cleaned by pulsating vacuum. The cleaning effect were visually combined with biological fluorescence detection method. Among them, the qualified rate of traditional cleaning method was 92.73%, the qualified rate of vacuum cleaning was 97.14%. ATP test: the positive rate of traditional cleaning was 15.23%, the positive rate of vacuum cleaning was 5.11%. The damage rate of equipment is basically the same among the three manufacturers, and there is a big difference in drying: vacuum cleaning was 95.0%, foreign equipment was 81.0%. Conclusion The pulsating vacuum cleaning and disinfecting device has a good effect on the cleaning of ophthalmic instruments, which can reduce the manual processing intensity, improve the working efficiency and reduce the damage of instruments, user satisfaction is better than the same type of control domestic and foreign brands.
