摘　　要：目的探讨公立医院医用耗材监管策略的效果,为公立医院医用耗材管理的持续改进提供依据。方法结合实证研究法、头脑风暴法、问卷调查法等,从医用耗材主数据库系统中导出实施医用耗材使用监管新模式前后耗占比、手术物品准备齐全率、耗材损耗率、漏账率、满意度等主要指标,运用SPSS 26.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果实施医用耗材使用监管新模式后,医护人员满意度明显提高,术中物品准备齐全率也明显提高,耗材的损耗率和漏账率明显降低。结论优化传统管理模式,建立"三权分立"模式;完善基础信息架构,建立主数据库系统;借助供应链延伸服务,建立标准化供应链管理系统(Supply Processing Distribution,SPD)。Objective To explore the effect of medical consumables supervision strategy in public hospitals, and provide evidence for continuous improvement of the supervision and management strategy for medical consumables in public hospitals. Methods Combined with empirical research methods, brainstorming methods, questionnaire methods, etc. The main indicators of medical consumables before and after the implementation of the new mode of medical consumables use supervision were derived from the main database system of medical consumables, including the proportion of medical consumption, the rate of surgical items ready, the rate of consumables loss, the rate of missing accounts and the degree of satisfaction. SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results After the implementation of the new mode of supervision on the use of medical supplies, the satisfaction of medical personnel has improved significantly, the rate of complete preparation of items in surgery has also been significantly improved, and the rate of loss and leakage of consumables has been significantly reduced. Conclusion Optimize the traditional management mode,establish the "separation of powers" mode, improve the basic information structure, establish the main database system, and establish a standardized Supply Processing Distribution(SPD) with the help of supply chain extension services.
